Privacy Policy

MACH CONCIERGE is operated by Mach Collective LLC ("MACH", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use machconcierge.com or contact us to rent a vehicle, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details. Your name, phone number and email, when you sign up for early access, request a car or send us an eligibility check.
- Eligibility documents. A photo of your driver's license and proof of full coverage insurance, when you choose to send them through the eligibility form.
- Rental details. The vehicle, dates, rate, pickup or delivery details, and notes about the condition of the vehicle, once you rent from us.
- Messages. When you text or call us, your carrier and phone provide us your number and the content of the message. These go through your own messaging app and phone carrier.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page.
How we use it
- To answer your request, confirm availability and quote dates and rates.
- To check that you hold a valid driver's license and full coverage insurance before we book.
- To deliver, hand over and collect the vehicle, and to handle payment, damage, tolls, fines and claims.
- To send text messages you agreed to receive, such as news about new cars.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Your documents
Photos of your license and insurance are sent over an encrypted connection to a private storage folder. They cannot be opened from the internet. Only MACH administrators who sign in can view them. We use them to confirm eligibility and delete them when we no longer need them, unless we must keep them for an active rental, an insurance claim, a dispute, or a legal requirement. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Please do not send documents by text message.
Text messages
If you tick the box to receive texts, we may text you about new cars and offers. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of renting. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. We do not share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run our website and database: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database and private file storage) and Cloudflare (a security check on our forms that tells people from automated bots, which receives your IP address and basic browser details).
- Payment, insurance and claims parties where needed to process a payment, a claim, or a toll or traffic matter connected to your rental.
- Authorities and advisers when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our vehicles or other people.
Vehicle owners in our partner program see rental dates and earnings for their own cars. They do not see client names, phone numbers or documents.
Cookies and analytics
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and remembers on your device whether you have already seen our sign-up pop-up. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and when someone taps our call or text buttons. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device details. We do not turn on Google's advertising features or share your name, phone number or email with Google Analytics. If we later add advertising or remarketing tools, we will update this page first. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details and rental records for as long as we need them to run the business, resolve disputes, and meet tax and legal obligations. Eligibility documents are kept for a shorter time, as described above.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls that limit who can see client data, and a private store for documents. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been exposed.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you live in California you also have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email info@machcollectivellc.com.
Children
Our services are for adults who are old enough to rent a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
