Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, MACH collects contact details, preferred contact method, vehicle interest, notes, a driver's-license file, an insurance-coverage file and basic marketing attribution.
How information is used
Information and uploaded documents are used to respond to your inquiry, verify coverage, evaluate eligibility, coordinate operations, prevent abuse and maintain required business records.
Sharing and retention
MACH does not present the inquiry form as a reservation. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform or complete an approved rental, and is retained only as operationally or legally necessary.
Your choices
You may ask MACH to correct or delete eligible personal information, or to stop non-essential contact. Operational, safety, fraud-prevention and legal records may require continued retention.
