Luxury Car Rental Hotel Delivery in Los Angeles
Have the car come to you. What to send, how to time the handoff, and which cars suit Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica and Downtown.

You are already at the hotel. The last thing you want is a trip across town to collect a car. Luxury car rental hotel delivery in Los Angeles solves that. MACH brings the car to your hotel, confirms the exact location and timing with your request, and you keep the whole process in one text thread.
Below is how to set up a smooth handoff, what to think about with valet and parking, and which cars suit each part of the city.
How hotel delivery works
An exotic car rental delivered to your hotel follows the same path as any MACH booking.
- Request your car. Press Book now on any car page to choose dates, or text or call (714) 904-7552.
- Verify once. Upload your driver's license and full coverage insurance that applies to the vehicle through the private Check eligibility page. This is done before your first booking.
- Confirm. The team confirms the car, availability, rate and insurance. Your reservation is confirmed once a MACH representative confirms and you sign the rental agreement.
- Handoff at the hotel. Location and timing are agreed in advance, so you know when to come down.
There is a refundable security deposit, currently $1,500 for every car. It is refunded after return and inspection, less any amounts owed. For details, see exotic car rental requirements in Los Angeles.
What to have ready
- Your hotel name and address. Many LA hotels have similar names. Send the full address.
- Your arrival or check-in time. It helps the team plan the handoff around when you are actually there.
- Where you want to meet. Main entrance, valet stand or another spot the hotel prefers. Ask the front desk if you are unsure.
- A phone that is on. Keep your text thread open on the day of delivery.
Valet, parking and timing
Valet is part of daily life in Los Angeles. Most hotels in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Downtown run valet, and many restaurants do too. A few general points help.
- Check your hotel's parking setup. Ask whether they offer valet or self-parking, and whether there are any limits on vehicle size. A Cullinan or Escalade ESV is a big car in a tight garage.
- Budget for parking. Hotel and restaurant parking charges in LA are set by the venue, not by MACH.
- Avoid rush hour handoffs when you can. Weekday traffic around 7 to 10 a.m. and 3 to 7 p.m. slows everything. A mid-morning handoff is usually calmer.
- Think about your first drive. If dinner is your first plan, a late-afternoon handoff can make sense. If you want the coast, ask for the morning.

Cars that suit each neighborhood
Beverly Hills
Rodeo Drive and the hotels around it reward a car with presence. The Rolls-Royce Cullinan at $1,595 per day arrives quietly and makes the point. For a supercar rental in Beverly Hills, the McLaren 750S has a twin-turbo 4.0L V8, 740 hp and dihedral doors, at $1,695 per day. See more on our Beverly Hills page.
West Hollywood
Sunset Boulevard is short drives, valet stands and nights out. For a G-Wagon rental in Los Angeles, the pick is the Mercedes-AMG G63. It has a hand-built twin-turbo 4.0L V8, side-exit exhaust and five seats, at $695 per day. It is easy to hand to a valet and comfortable for four friends. The China Blue G63 adds color at the same rate.
Santa Monica
Santa Monica hotels sit close to the start of the Pacific Coast Highway. That makes a convertible the obvious choice. The Porsche 911 Cabriolet is $595 per day, seats four in a 2+2 layout and has a power fabric roof. If you want more, the Rolls-Royce Dawn is $1,095 per day. Read our PCH and Malibu convertible guide for routes.
Hollywood, Bel Air and the Westside
Hotels in Hollywood put you near the hills and some of the city's tightest streets, so a compact, easy car helps. The BMW M3 Competition has four doors, five seats and 523 hp at $495 per day. It parks easily and still feels special. In Bel Air and across the Westside, where drives tend to be longer and quieter, the Range Rover SE at $595 per day is a comfortable all-rounder.
Downtown LA
Downtown is business dinners, events and freeways in every direction. For a Maybach rental in Los Angeles, consider the Maybach S580, a long-wheelbase flagship sedan with a twin-turbo V8 and two-tone paint, at $795 per day. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class gives you the flagship sedan experience at $395 per day.
Ready to book? Press Book now on any car page or text (714) 904-7552. The team confirms the car, rate and insurance before anything is booked.

Hotel delivery for longer stays
If you are staying a week, the multi-day discount matters. Every 3 days of rental, the daily rate drops by $100, never more than 25% off. A $695 per day G63 booked for 3 days comes to $595 per day. The team confirms the final rate with your booking.
You can also switch plans. Some guests book an SUV for the first few days of meetings and a convertible for the weekend. Ask in your thread and the team will tell you what is available. The fleet changes, so availability is confirmed per request.
What to check at the handoff
When the car arrives, take a few minutes before you drive off. Walk around it with the MACH team, note the fuel level and ask any questions about the controls. Exotic cars often have unfamiliar switches for the roof, drive modes or lift systems. It is better to learn them at the hotel entrance than at a busy intersection on Sunset. If you plan to hand the car to valet often, keep the key with you between uses and remove valuables each time.
Returning the car
Return is planned with you in advance, just like delivery. Before the handoff, return the car with the fuel level noted in your agreement, remove your belongings and leave time for inspection. Your deposit is refunded after return and inspection, less amounts owed for things like damage, fuel, tolls, tickets, cleaning or late return.
